I have previously tried reaching out to EA support to change the email address, but they have been responding to the perpetrator's email address,, which has been hindering the progress of my support tickets.
Unfortunately, I do not have access to the email address, which is linked to the EA account "splava_coke," and where the confirmation codes are being sent for account disassociation.
However, I am unable to remove the association of this unknown EA account from my Xbox Game Pass. In an attempt to resolve this issue, I logged into the compromised EA account using the Xbox sign-in feature. This unauthorized account is currently enjoying the benefits of EA Play at my expense. Recently, I discovered that my Xbox account has been hacked, and an unknown EA account with the username "splava_coke" and the email address has been linked to my Xbox Game Pass subscription without my knowledge or consent. I am the rightful owner of the Xbox account associated with the email address. I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding an issue I am facing with my Xbox Game Pass account, which seems to have been compromised.
