If not that, then I want more meaningful upgrades, but wow did I not feel like that was happening. Perhaps it's just my taste, but I wanted more gear or more opportunities to upgrade gear. The gameplay is challenging and aside from the satisfaction of figuring out how to clear a map successfully, it doesn't give you that positive reinforcement to continue to push forward in-game. I think in large part because it felt sort of empty and unrewarding. I don't have too many complaints about graphics, yea they're a bit muddy, but for me, this didn't contribute to my dissatisfaction with this game. I love xcom a lot and was hoping this would scratch that itch on the Switch. I enjoyed the world and setting quite a bit as well. I do love the cast of characters you get to play with.
